Very polite staff ,good service, value for money . Would use again. Don't eat at the Toby next door really poor food .
An excellent location and friendly staffs. The parking lot gets quite busy at times as it is shared with Toby Carvery outside. We found the Hotel is very conveniently located for almost all the activities, food and attractions that you would wish to enjoy in Reading, West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.
I spent the weekend 26 - 28th Oct 18 the staff were very welcoming.The receptionist was interested but not overbearing in relation to my day and provided helpful advice on walks by the river and where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, staff and breakfast prompt, well cooked and delivered. I recommend this Premier Inn, Thank you.(I would however suggest you do not eat in the Toby Carvery next door ( no connection to the Premier Inn and not recommended by them) as it is appalling.)
Great venue and fabulous staff. Realy welcoming and helpful. Luke on reception was very helpful and made the stay run smooth all staff had great local knowledge. Breakfast was excellent and a good price. Thank you to all the staff.
I was initially disappointment that the breakfast was made to order rather than a buffet. However it was the tastiest breakfast I have had for years! Great chef. I also accidentally left a suit jacket there and it was sent back free of charge. Well done premier inn.
