I stayed for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived the staff was always friendly. My room was big, clean and very comfortable. Great value for money!
couldn't be better placed in the heart of town. if you need to be close to the nightlife it's hear. but also the hotel is tall and roomy enough for some quiet living space.the lady at reception could not have been more helpful on the 31st Dec.foyer is spacious, open plan and inviting. well lit too.no problems if you want to bring back a bottle of wine later in the evening..the room? thoughly modern, compact. somewhat cubicle with small windows. you may have to bend your body, but will be rewarded with multiple views of Reading. large shower to step into after a tedious day.

Brilliant location, very friendly and happy staff. Our room was very clean and it had all the comfort we needed. The breakfast was very tasty and outstanding quality. Im looking forward staying there again in the heart of Reading. Great value for money.
It's good hotel for short trips, but for long stay there are some gaps. I would like to have a fridge and an iron in the room by default. I had got the iron, when I requested that, but anyway it is not so expensive to have it in each room. Staff was attentive and friendly. And it helped me change my mind. Thanks.
