Pros: Lovely spacious and comfortable room. The personal welcome message on the TV was a nice touch. The WiFi is reasonably quick. The atmosphere is quite and relaxed.Cons: The restaurant wasn't the greatest and felt rather limited. The food was a little expensive and felt rather pompus, for what it was, when it arrived.Would recommend for a nice quite stay in and around Reading.
Excellent all round service, clean rooms and very pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant is second to none great and varied menu. Would recommend.
Totally let down we staying in double room club access! Which is shocking paid extra 30 for use club lounge no TV!!!! Only coffee & individual wrapped biscuits, you get also in room! And some unsavoury looking fruit! Also they have a HOUR!! which is the lowest time we have ever seen!! usually 2 to 2 & 1/2 complimentary alchola !! No mention of hot snacks which we have always had. poor. Very let down won't even start on the so called spa! To disappointed deciding weather to just leave and go to the crown plaza.Will definitely not stay again and would not recommend to anyone to stay here! Greeting staff were nice so one nice thing.
I was in a cristhmas party at the Hotel's restaurant, and the food was amazing and really delicious. Spectacular environment and staffs were very polite and professional. Thank you very much for the wonderful night!
Their fine dining menu is absolutely superb! We went to Cilantro, their high-end restaurant, for our anniversary and it really was unforgettable. Beautifully presented dishes and every mouthful was incredible!
