Good food in hotel. Good location for seeing shows at The Hexagon. Heating wasnt working in the hotel room so this let it down.
Stayed here on a business trip. Noise from hot water pipes, noise from doors opening and closing, noise from adjoining room, noise from road because windows dont shut properly. Snow outside and rooms cold because heating not working. Lukewarm shower. Blinds broken and wont close fully. This was after changing rooms to a quieter room.
Sufficient hotel in centre of Reading. Lobby is also the bar area. Rooms are fairly modern. Air conditioning unit was very rattly, noise from traffic was very noticeable. Was clean though.
OK decent.. Rooms are a little old.. But OK. Breakfast buffet is nice
Amazing hotel, so spacious and warm. Service was so good. Water speed in washroom was superb. I will surely go there again.
