I love this lodge, used to stay here all the time with Karen. Karen. Listen to me, you don't have to do this. I don't want to sign the papers. This is unnecessary. I overwork for US, Karen. It's to support OUR family... I'm begging you PLEASE listen to me. Our children... can't you hear them in the hallway? They're so happy, Karen. They're happy with not you or me, but with US, so sit down and we'll talk this through alright? The impact on our kids will be massive, and they'll lose all hope in me.Anyways, still a nice guest house.
If you have a plan to go to reading almost 70 km away from London then Crown lodge guest house is the best place to stay
I found it very comfortable ,pleasant and friendly. For an overnight stay , conveniently close to town and railway station sand less expensive than hotel.
Stayed here several times in July 2018. Clean, basic accommodation. Breakfasts minimal. Management extremely helpful. Excellent car parking behind guests house. At most a ten minute walk into the city centre. Overall, strongly recommend for its value for money and location.
I arrived late but the owner to rang me to check i was ok and still on my way. Parked up at the rear of the property, my room was really clean with shower en suite and bed was comfy. The location was great, really close to town centre and the main railway station. Would happily stay there again!
