Terrible customer service avoid if possible. Don't be mislead by person who show you property they are generally good. Its when you take property nightmare starts. If you call them for home maintenance they person who pick phone will say the property manager is not in office. They never reply to emails. When we checked out inventory clerk write in notes 'property left in clean and tidy condition. They charged us 100 for cleaning. Poor staff with no training to speak to customers. Avoid if possible.
Martin and co have been the best letting agents we have used during our 5 years living in Reading. They are good intermediaries between landlord and tenant- Compared to some agents in the area who make a habit of fleecing their tenants on behalf of the landlord, we have always found Martin and co to be very honest and fair. Anita in particular is always so smiley, pleasant and supportive!!
