Do not ever deal with this estate agency. The staff may be friendly, but that can only cover up so much of the deep flaws of their service.Communication is awful, their handyman sometimes ignores calls. Management never calls back when promised. Almost nothing fixed or refurbished, no action taken at all (except "cleaned") 4 months after the 2 week "promise" of fixing the place up. Broken glass still left in the garden, oven doesn't work, cracks and holes in walls, ceilings and doors. At least two lightbulbs not working.Fire alarms found without batteries, wires left uncovered.The house was inadequate; the service and management were appalling. Overall, a terrible experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.
