All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful at the Tilehurst office, especially Levi and Alistair. We had to wait longer than expected to move, which was very stressful, however this was no fault of the agency. Everyone was understanding and sympathetic whilst I inundated the office with calls. Once our take over day was confirmed everything was handled very efficiently. We are now happy in our new home and can't thank the team at Tilehurst enough for their professional but personal service.
