I was confused with the check-out process and wasn't following what they told me to do. However, the staff who check out the studio didn't give me a hard time on this one and kindly let me get away with it. I'm extremely grateful for what they've done to help me. We recently sold our house with Walmsley, from beginning to end, the staff at Walmsley were friendly, attentive and professional. We were kept well informed whilst the house was for sale and given feedback, normally within 24hrs. Once we were under offer, again, we were frequently updated. During our search, we found Finn really helpful and knowledgeable, and we didn't feel pressured into liking the house or to make a decision, as other estate agents had made us feel. I would recommend to friends and family and we will certainly use Walmsley when we decide to move again.

Apart from my first call to try to book a viewing (which I found frustrating as I recall the person wasn't particularly helpful in accommodating a prompt viewing), Walmsley were courteous and helpful throughout and I think they treated us in a fair and respectful manner.
