Good enough care from the doctors and nurses if you can get access to them when you need to. Let down by poor practice management and rude, inconsiderate, grumpy, negligent and unsympathetic reception staff.

Honestly the worst doctor surgery ever. The nurses and doctors themselves are amazing but the receptionist are beyond terrible, rude and just dam right grumpy!!!! Got off the phone to the receptionist in tears because of how useless she was and not helping me at all when I was begging for a telephone appointment as I was struggling with terrible depression. I wish I could give 0 star because 1 is a compliment tbh.

Been a patient since July, 1st time I needed an appointment I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen! That was back in September... Now need to go back an again been told a long wait... Can't get an appointment until Nye! That's 3 weeks again... An to add insult to injury I have to go to chancellor house over by the royal Berkshire. Absolute shambles.

This doctors surgery is an absolute shambles. Impossible to get through to reception. If you're lucky enough to get through you're greeted with a rude and unhelpful member of staff desperate to get you off the phone. If you're after an appointment, make sure you know what your problem is 6 weeks prior to actually having it as that's how long you'll be waiting. The only positive thing I have to say about this surgery is that the doctors and nurses themselves are generally quite helpful if you are persistent.

Been at the doctors for years. The doctors and nurses themselves are brilliant, but booking an appointment is disgusting. The receptionists are far from helpful, show no empathy and seem to just try to get you out of the door as soon as possible. The last time I went in there was to have a cut (which had four stitches) looked at by a nurse. She did her job brilliantly, and as I left told me to book an appointment in 2 weeks to get my stitches removed. I got to the desk and asked for the appointment, and all I was told was 'No we can't do that'. So i replied, 'what should i do then, there is nothing at all?' To which she replied in a grumpy manor, 'go to the walk in centre'. There was no indication of her looking when the nearest appointment was, just no and that was it. This surgery is slowly getting worse and worse. I'd definitely urge people to not register at this doctors unless the receptionists change their attitudes!
