How this place is still open is beyond me. Don't get me wrong, the actual doctors are fine. That is, if you're lucky enough to get to see one. You can only get an appointment by booking at 8am on the day, and when you try to call them, the line is always busy. You have to wait a long time to even get through to the receptionists before being greeted by the rudest, most unhelpful staff who'll just dismiss you and say they're fully booked. They talk to you like you're an idiot and when you actually go into the office, they're just chatting away, either to each other or over the phone. Most of the time you'll be standing there at the desk for a few minutes while they're doing nothing before they acknowledge you. Don't waste your time with these people.

Never before have I been talked to so rudely or with such disrespect as when I called the surgery to make an appointment. From beginning to end the receptionist was unprofessional, condescending and rude to me. When asked what I needed the appointment for, she directly mocked me for it. I cannot say what quality the standards of the doctors and nurses perform to as after this experience I will not be going to this doctors surgery, instead I will transfer to a different doctors surgery that treats their patients with respect.

This has been my local GP for years now and the service has always been excellent. Very friendly receptionists and always able to squeeze in an appointment to see the fantastic doctors.

Avoid at all costs. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've been with this practice for two years during university and they've continuously provided horrible, rude, and incredibly unprofessional service. They are never friendly or welcoming or anything receptionists should be. It is incredibly difficult to get in touch with this practice, book an appointment, or order a repeat prescription because their phone lines are always busy and their website is designed poorly. If you go into the practice, you will just be put off by the rude receptionists. Better of going to the University Medical Group around the corner.

Receptionists have an awful attitude act like they do not want to help and would do the absolute minimum. They have absolutely no care for your needs and take forever to answer the phone.
