Update to reflect last visit, felt that the staff was overworked, and there was enourmous queues, should probably hire another receptionist. Trying to schedule appointments is an herculean task with lead times around two weeks. Not impressed.
A nice clean, comfortable, modern, spacious surgery which has a lot of resident doctors and a pharmacy attached. There is a good sized & free car park at the rear. With decent opening hours and not long to wait for appointments. Better than many in Caversham by far.Our surgery in Priory Avenue has just closed & I've been placed here, called for an appointment this morning & was given one the very same morning. It had eight female & four male doctors. I was given plenty of time in the doctors office to explain my problem.It's a large building & can be very busy but I did not have to wait long to be called.The receptionists are kept busy on their feet but were very friendly, helpful & courteous.
Fantastic team of GPS and Nurses. Approachable and understanding. Always very good with my children in particular when they are unwell.
By far the best GP surgery I've ever used. I work in care too so have to access different surgeries at work. This one makes the others seem inadequate. Its efficient, friendly and clean.Well done guys. Dr Brewster is a really excellent GP and Tina in physio is impressive too.
Only just joined but can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable with a doctors surgery. The receptionists are absolutely lovely. My doctor is fantastic. I recommend them to everyone unless it means i can't get an appointment.
