Garbage. Drop in clinic takes forever, doctors are always running late - today I was 4th in the queue for the nurse - hour later there was still 2 people in front of me. How does that work when appointments should be 10 minutes?
There have been massive improvements to the surgery over the last few months. Now, with the late walk in clinic on Mondays, seeing a doctor has become so much easier if you are prepared to wait a little while. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I feel its really improved, a year ago or so I use to dread ringing to try and get an appointment because you could be on hold for well over 30 minutes. Even when you got through to someone it felt so difficult to get an appointment. Things have changed it all seems to run more smoother now, phone calls are answered quicker, all different appointment times have been offered, clear web site which makes it easy to order repeat precriptions, receptionist have been friendly and helpful and Dr Ford has been brilliant.
This place works better than expected for such a number of patients. Need to be expanded with 3 more rooms or more, space on car park and green for this. There are no other choices around within walking distance.
