I must say I used to read reviews about the admin staff they rude as hell. Well no doubt in that. Only one female doctor hardly you get hold of her. I wonder when you call it says all calls recorded, why dont they listen the behaviour of admin staff. Or at least give them sad ladies training. At least the person who runs Surgery Im sure he read these reviews n still doesnt seem to care at all. Pathetic. Coz no body goes to see doctors when they happy or healthy. Patients already in pain n problems. At least have some responsibility towards your profession. And change the ADMIN staff. Zeroooo rating.

Had a very good experience here at Longbarn Surgery, there was one doctor that was especially very helpful and nice. The reception staff are willing to help and i am happy that I moved to this surgery.
Doctor does not even speak English, very dismissive.
