One of the receptionist never likes to listen and gives irresponsible replies. Cuts you off in conversation and dont let u speak. Anyone will feel upset due to this and thn receptionist says " you are rude" and we hv zero tolerance policy. Such a shame.
I have been with London street surgery since a child. I am now in my forties I have never had a any problems. Neither have my children. Dr Essa has been a great GP and will always follow up or give the window to follow up. As well as the Nurses. Cant fault the surgerys. However receptionist need to be more welcoming. Smiling wouldnt go a miss
The doctors are great. Reception a little less.Also if you ever try call make it after 9. Even though they open at 8, the lines never are.
