Staff are very rude, especially over the phone and my prescription is always getting lost by them
They Hold you to Ransom if you have mental health issues which compounds anxiety and depression. i have to get my prescription weekly which i think is cruel and makes me feel completely helpless. im not happy with the way im being treated and it smacks of transphobia!
