Sorry but really not a good experience. We came here 3 yrs ago an purchased a new fiat 500x and had a great experience. This time around we went to buy another one and had a really poor experience. We were looked after by a lady who had 5 weeks experience and Im afraid was a little clueless. The manager couldnt be bothered to come and see us despite not being busy himself. Evidently we werent big enough customers but it has meant that weve taken our custom away from both WLMG and fiat altogether. Would have been one star but feels unfair given the lady who served us was pleasant just very inexperienced.
Cannot fault the service department and the showroom is always clean and well presented.Its just a shame that the discovery of a system error took the monthly payment from bargain to just about affordable and a mistake by the dealership then increased it to well outside my price range. All in the space of 48 hours. The deposit refund was done quickly and without hassle

I had very specific requirements for the car I wanted which had to be of a certain spec in terms of colour, wheels and options. After being let down by another local Alfa dealer, I decided to try WLMG. Paul and Mo were great, nothing was too much trouble, they constantly kept in touch with me and the customer service was superb. In the end I got the exact car I wanted at a great price.
