Excellent Service. Ash was brilliant! Very easy to talk to, and made the process of waiting through the evaluation process very pleasant. Came very close to the evaluation given online, which was great! Payment was fast. This is the second time I used Car Store and it has not disappointed!
Great, friendly service from Lauren when I sold my car to them this month. They were very fair about the price (which was much better than We Buy Any Car and similar sites) and made the process simple and easy. Whilst I did not purchase a car from them as I had already found another car elsewhere, I would highly recommend them to anyone; especially for the sale of a vehicle. 10/10... thanks Lauren!
Friendly and Efficient service, thank you Lauren. Visited EH Car Store to sell my car following an on-line estimated evaluation. Car was inspected and post inspection evaluation value confirmed and agreed.The overall experience was very friendly, efficient and welcoming thanks to Lauren. Process time was about 45 minutes from start to finish.
Great range if cars, I was able to go for a test drive, and managed to get the car I wanted. I would not mind having the salesman to walk me through my new car service book, as it turned out the 17 plate car I bought was a bit overdue for its first service which set me back a big sum in my local dealership, but other than that they were really helpful. Mind you they are not at all flexible on pricing, and would rather not sell you the car at all then negotiate. All in all good experience.
Extremely pleased with the level of service from all the colleagues at Car Store Reading. I came in just to have a look around to see if there was anything i might be interested in and wasn't pressured at all. I was greeted by Mark who handed me a stock list and told me where i could find the different types of cars. When it came to any questions i had in regards to the cars, i spoke to Charlotte and Georgina who were so helpful and were very pleasant to deal with. All the colleagues seemed to be very smiley and helpful which made the experience so much better. I will definitely be back! :)
