Will not be using this place again! Brought our car in as Front windscreens were not working. Diagnosed problem as requiring new motor and linkage. Despite stating that they would get back to me about price of new part, car contacts never did. Which gave me the impression that they did want to take on the job anyway. Since then , I have taken car in somewhere else. Only to find out at great expense and time to myself that the problem is the motor and linkage but in fact something else. As a result I am genuinely disappointed and annoyed. Please note this review is genuine.Further to your reply to this review, I would like to point out, that I did not just turn up at the office as you had implied . I had booked my car in two days before. I also stand by my comment that I told that it was the motor and linkage, and that someone would call me back later for a quote for the part. When I did not hear anything called back, I was curtly told that you was still waiting for the supplier to call back. I had heard nothing since.
Got my MOT done here. Booked same day and arrived bit early. They got started on it straight away, very efficient.
Before my car had glasses and they were a real pain. Now that it has contacts it is much better. Highly recommended.
