Wouldnt ever go back to this garage. I brought a Ford Kuga 2010 from this garage less then 12 hours the car wouldnt start. I had to pay some one to get the car from its broken down location to the garage. When I got the car to the garage the garage told me it was a fuse so I was like okay I believe them(like a fool). I went on to drive within in a day again same problem not starting. I got AA out and they told me the immobiliser has gone and stopped working and I showed him the video what happened the first time he said yes same problem then. He then told me they basically cleared the codes and sent me on my way hoping it didnt happen again Luckily enough I took car on finance so they helped me fight a battle with this garage returning the car. Also lucky I lived 2 mins away from garage as this wouldve been a nightmare if lived far. But basically if you live far or going to use cash to buy a car from here dont. As you might end up with a car that doesnt work.
We've bought two cars from them, the first didn't have any problems within the two years we owned it. The second had some problems within warranty that were fixed. They went the extra mile and were polite and reasonable.
