Friendly and very efficient. We were allowed a good long test drive taking in different roads and conditions with all the bells and whistles activated. A very pleasant experience without being rushed, made us feel valued. Elaine definitely knew her cars, answered every question and knew her way around the in-car display. No hesitation in recommending the dealership.

Met with Elaine today and test drive the xc90, fantastic car and was able to have an extended drive to see how the family would fit in the car. Unfortunately it wasn't right for us as our kids still need 3 booster seats, but the car is fantastic and the service was very warm and friendly. I will be returning in a few years when the kids out of their seats.
