general atmosphere at the garage was that of relaxed professionalism. The salesperson I was given, respectfully guided me to the vehicle he thought met my requirements and he was right. followup appointments were kept and everything ran smoothly, Excellent.
I have had some issues with Lancaster in the past, all around customer service. I have had Jaguars, Aston Martins and Land Rovers serviced at Lancaster previously and vowed never to return, so I was reluctant to go back again but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as they are my local dealer.I have been rewarded with an exemplary service; very smart premises and an efficient greeting process. This was followed by being very well looked-after by Charlotte who kept me informed all the way through and the car was serviced precisely to budget and on time, even though I was late delivering it.The complementary taxi to the station is a very nice touch and was much appreciated.
