When we first visited (three years ago) they were very helpful. Went back to change the car and we had a long wait to be seen and were to even acknowledged, when we finally found some to speak to we had to wait again for a long time for them to process the information and check the trade in car. They then had to send the information to head office to get a valuation which to even longer as they had to do 16 before us( I don't know why the sales person can't do the valuation, like the always used to) so the valuation came back very low compared to the prices when had seen else where.After a discussion about our options ( which know turns out a lot of the information was in correct or misleading) we left no further along.We did get a complementary coffee and the staff were polite enough. Just guess they did not want another sale Kia are great cars I would avoid Evans Halshaw reading they are just not help and staff are poorly trained and don't have the knowledge they require.
Very poor customer service. Avoid the place. I booked a test-drive, showed up at the place, and was told by someone on the floor, that he will get me one of the sales reps. 30 mins later still nothing happens, and I am starting to get annoyed. Another guy comes up, and asks who I am waiting for. At this stage I start to see why they have poor reviews. I was told that they only have one from the type of car I am interested in, and they are going to take another customer out first for a test-drive, and after that I can have a go. So basically at least an hour later, then what was in the confirmation email. Nobody said sorry, or offered a drink, nothing. When I asked why they sent me the confirmation email, and what they can do, they just bumbled. I walked out. I guess I am not going to spend my money there.

Lovely selection of cars but that's where the positives end. I came in and approached a chap sat at the computer to the right of the door to ask him about a car and he was quick to say it was his first day and he didn't know too much. I then asked for a brochure and he looked rather disgruntled saying he would find someone to help, he eventually returned 10mins later saying no one was available yet there were several members of staff on the shop floor. If he had taken interest, said how long the wait would roughly be and generally talked to me I would have stayed and waited for someone with more experience. Very bad customer service.
