First visit we weren't to impressed with the professionalism of the vetenary nurse, but since switching to Gemma things have been a lot better. Gemma has been very sincere during the treatment of our staff and will continue to use her in the future.

Kind, caring and efficient. The team at Oakley have been looking after my dog for 11 years, she has had various problems but has always received brilliant care from them. Their Healthy Pet Club is also good value. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
So far so good. Excellent advice and fair prices for specialist cat food. There was a 45 minute delay for the vet yesterday but no idea if that's a blip as never seen that there before. Lovely staff, nice setting. NO experience of surgery or major treatment, but for basic ongoing care they are fine. I'm staying with them!
