Very calming approach to sick dogs, very thorough checking, extremely kind vets, nurses and receptionists. Excellent place to take a sick animal to. Lovely people there who really care.
My husband and I had to take our poorly pup to the vets during out of hours. The staff were friendly, calming and very helpful. Piran our puppy was also calm there. The vet was very thorough when checking over Piran and reassuring. I would highly recommend this vet surgery.

I was apprehensive about leaving my nervous Border Collie over night Ms. Bedford and Doctor Salmon had been so wonderful taking their time talking me through everything, plus my dog responded so well to them I lost all fear. Had to take our chipmunk to a vet on a bank holiday for emergency dental treatment. While they did see us quickly and were pleasant to deal with they were hugely expensive. I thought this is because it was a bank holiday however we had to have him seen again by a specialist who did the teeth again for 300.00 less. Bank holiday charge was 109 meaning the dental was over 250.00. crazy.
