I signed up to the Healthy Pet Club, for which you a charged 12 per month. Which is a con, as they never want to book you in for the services they are charging you for. Month after month, theres always an excuse. An absolute disgrace.
Been with this practice for over a decade, with dogs and cats and never had any complaint . The whole team, Receptionists, Nurses, Vets and backroom staff, have always been professional caring, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Not registered at this practice but popped in to see if they had any products to kill fleas, reception told me Virbac Indorex Flea Spray was great at killing any in furniture, skirting boards etc. Was an eye watering 24. Since seen same product and can size for 8 on Amazon! Would double check online before buying any products from them. Small business or not, no one likes being ripped off.
Very caring, they went out of their way for our cat.
