Staff are always friendly but the quality of service does not match the expense. They messed up my puppys vaccinations and he ended up having two vaccinations later than he was meant to. Staff are not aware of what their pet plan includes. I was told the puppy check ups are only every six months...I had to point out that the website clearly states monthly checkups for the first six months of life is included in the plan. Overall I do not feel I am getting value for money.
Our poor tortoise was attacked in the summer. Very few vets in the area knew how to help her. Robert was exceptional from the initial assessment, the two operations and the after care. Fortunately she has been signed off in time for Christmas. The whole team was friendly, professional and always helpful. We cant thank you enough for what you have done for her.
