Excellent treatment received today. Both dentist and hygienist put me at my ease, explained everything clearly and continually checked I was OK. Receptionist and assistant very pleasant too. Will continue to recommend this practice.
Outstanding dentists and second to none, I have had an extremely traumatic week with unbearable nerve pain and they could not possibly have done more to help or done anything better than they have done, particular praise, credit and gratitude goes to Shanelle my Dental Nurse (and Head of Reception) who is so busy but went way above and beyond her duty in getting this sorted, tonight I had to have an extraction, I was so nervous about this and they have been incredibly kind, reassuring and patient. My dentist (I'm very sorry and embarrassed but I forget her name) even stayed late after she should have finished and made arrangements for the care of her child so she could stay and help me, this is way above what I was entitled to expect and I'm so grateful to be pain free. Absolute credit to them and I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are all great there but I hope you are lucky enough to get the same team that I did as they were flawless. Simon Miles
Friendly, personalised and attentive service. Yes, appointments overrunning can mean your appointment is a little late, but thats the nature medical checks from finding more than you expected. The medical staff, both the clinical assistants and the dentists have proven to be very thorough and competent.
