I have been visiting Kendrick view for years and have recieved fantastic customer service throughout. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and never get frustrated, even when I have to reschedule appointments. I usually see Kiran and Mica, and will always recommend them to anyone! I cannot recommend this practice enough. I had to have specialist root canal treatment over two appointments and Dr Johann Joubert (Joe) was absolutely fantastic. Not only is he an amazing dentist but he is also a lovely man, very calm, collected and funny. He made me laugh, which helped make the nerves go. There should be a 10 star option on here. Thank you again :)
I suffered from a persistent shoulder problem with local Doctors putting it down to age. However, Dr Maini diagnosed it perfectly providing the remedy that resulted in a complete resolution with no continuance. Thank you.Whilst here, I add that this practice has been first class and efficient for all the years since I joined , the staff especially so. Not cheap but real value in deliverance.
Excellent Dental Practice both in terms of quality & service orientation from reception/administration through to the professional dental team. Kendrick View has been our family dentist for 45+ years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else even if it meant travelling! Noel Hatton has worked his own special magic with my teeth & has taken great care of our needs as we age! Highly recommended across all age groups from the very young through to the elderly. I've been a patient since I was a child and Dr Maini is an amazing dentist. I have hideous anxiety about my teeth, but I always feel looked after and cared for and it makes me want to go back - which for someone with anxiety is the biggest compliment! I know my teeth and nerves (quite literally) are always in the safest and highly skilled hands possible. Plus the receptionists are great - and also make me so welcome!
