This review is for the receptionist Kirstin as haven't seen Dentist yet. Just asked how long I would have to wait as now 35 mins after my appointment time. No apology or some understanding or even a sympathetic tone just a curt response saying the patient before was having a complicated procedure.
The hygienist (George) was very friendly, helpful and polite and was happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. I was very pleased with his service.
So happy with my dentist, always kind and polite. All treatment I have received has been done in professional manner. Friendly and helpful reception team. I thoroughly recommend,
Staff were fantastic, the dental surgeon was constantly reassuring me that there would be no pain during the procedure (multiple molar removals) and the assistants were massaging my head while the surgeon was pulling the teeth, whether they were aware of this I don't know but it was very relaxing. 10/10 would get teeth removed again
Inspire Dental as a practice are very good.Francisco our dentist is outstanding. Both myself and my daughter have been treated by him for a long time now. My daughter broke her front adult tooth in half horizontally and Francisco's care for her since this happened has been amazing. She is only 10. He said she also needs braces so referred her for that immediately. The orthodontist required two teeth out for the braces. Francisco removed these teeth yesterday and both his and the nurses care were brilliant. Made sure she had plenty of anaesthetic and couldnt feel anything. The nurse helped to keep her relaxed. They really took their time with her as she was a bit scared. Francisco explained what they were doing and if she felt anything he would stop immediately. They both just helped her feel more relaxed and it went very smoothly. Francisco is by far the best dentist I have ever had. My daughter has had these issues at a young age and is still not phased by going to the dentist and this is purely down to how she is treated there.
