Friendly staff that always provide a warm welcome. The dentists really care about you, listen to you and provide detailed and personal feedback on how best to look after your teeth. Ive been a patient here for around 4 years now and always really impressed. Would highly recommend!!

The best dental practice ever; everyone who works here, especially my dentist Mike, is extremely nice, from receptionists to dentists.
Customer isn't at a heart of what they do. This is my purely my personal opinion on the rules set by the GP Manager and my recent experience. And it makes me very sad not been treated the way I think I should. First of all I believe there is only one dentist that actually knows how to help. - thank you for every appointment I had with you. You saved my teeth many times,I have recently had an emergency appointment booked on the 11th of April with other dentist i don't remember the name. (it was cancelled by the Riverside as due to their own issues) I needed to see a dentist hence I was hoping that 2 days later I will be able to see someone so I booked it of Friday. Unfortunately as the Riverside cancelled my original appointment everything had to change in my diary too ( I am an office worked seeing clients also) and it happened that I had an unexpected visit from client and I couldn't attend the appointment to Riverside. I rung the same day in the morning to explain and re-booked it for Monday. Today 23 of April i found myself before payday and not being able to pay for the visit hence I rung and said I need to cancel AND WILL RE-BOOK THE APPOINTEMNT after payday. Please bare in mind it was Riverside that has originally cancelled my first appointment and everything has changed for me. I was told on the phone that because I cancelled already twice I only have one chance to book it as they only allow 3 times cancellation. Now even I have to give them deposit to be seen, and all these rules are set up by the dentist who also is the manager of this GP practice. So what I would like to say to the dentist, if you wouldn't have cancel my appointment originally I wouldn't be in this position, you put me in this position. Secondly you do not state your terms and condition on the website anywhere that you only have 3 chances to cancel appointment and that next time deposit will be required. You are quite unfriendly GP Practice i am sorry that the guys that work there must be under this testimonial. I am going to change my GP Dentist. Thank you and please don't make that mistake to other clients. too late for me though. but thank you to one dentist for his treatments.
An excellent and very efficient practice that has empathetic staffs who put patient at ease. The exceptional service is provided by their hygienist with thorough examination and treatment. There is no parking at the site.
