I have been with this practice for a very long time. The level of service and support over all these years has been excellent. All the staff are friendly , helpful and will ensure you get an appointment as soon as possible. I have just finished a lengthy course of treatment by having a implant fitted. Andrew has been trying to convince me to have this done for years and finally I gave in. I guess I was worried about the amount of work and discomfort. Why did I worry? The complete procedure was simple, painless and the final result was amazing. Thank you all at Alexander Dental Practice.
Following my visit yesterday I have as usual received an excellent service. Myself and my family have been patients at the Alexandra Dental Practice for many years and I always know that I am in safe hands whether it is just for a 6 monthly check-up, root canal work, treatment for the symptoms of teeth/jaw clenching or a visit to the hygienist. Andrew and the whole team are friendly, reassuring and above all, are professional on every level and the dental treatment provided is second to none. I would not consider ever moving away from this practice.
I have been to this surgery and met with Andrew once. He cleaned my teeth and left me in pain for days. I absolutely hated my experience at his surgery and decided to never go back. On top of this he is an absolutely ill mannered individual who does not respect anyone. I would not recommend his practice to anyone except if you want to waste your time and money. The staff is arrogant and Andrew is snobby. I hope this review serves others some good because Alexandra dental seems to have a lot of nice reviews which I believe are fake. Good luck! And I hope you all find a better dentist in reading area.
Mr Shah is a highly skilled caring dentist.I have had major dental work all my life.He is the best and I should know.I have had three implants with him.He is simply brilliant.
