Very friendly receptionist and dentist. I always get a full explanation of what is going to happen and its an all round friendly experience. The dentist does his best to accommodate difficult patients like me, and he's very good at putting people at ease.
Where do I start!? I've had a phobia of dentists since a very tender age, unfortunately as I grew older, I discovered I can't avoid dentists forever!Jas Roopra was recommended to me by a family friend, I was highly skeptical about getting dental care due to my phobia but I couldn't wait due to overdue fillings. As I arrived at Highgrove Dental clinic I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was extremely welcoming, it calmed me down immediately. After a few minutes I was swiftly called upstairs to the dentist room, this is where I first met Jas Roopra. Jas sat me down and explained everything that needed to be done. I felt so much happier knowing what needed to be done, especially as he went through it with me in an extremely detailed step by step manner. This led to me no longer felt uncomfortable. He carried out the fillings very swiftly, I barely felt a thing. I was so impressed by the level of professionalism.Unfortunately a year later I slipped and chipped my tooth. I was extremely disheartened by this as it was my front tooth and I knew it looked horrible. I immediately contacted Highgrove surgery and they were able to fit me in the day after due to a cancellation. Again, upon arrival I was greeted by the same, welcoming receptionist who told me to go up to see Jas straight away. Jas explained everything to me very calmly and told me the possible implications as well as the best case scenario. He was able to repair my tooth so well that it's like it was never chipped. I left the surgery with the biggest smile on my face, I was in disbelieve about how well he had repaired my tooth! I couldn't wait to tell all my friends and family about how great this surgery really is. Please take my advice and approach without caution! This place is absolutely amazing with a very talented, professional dentist at it's helm. Thanks for everything Highgrove, no doubt I'll be seeing you again.
Pricey, but totally worth it! It was so pleasant I almost fell asleep on the chair during root canal treatment and the filling looks better than my other teeth.
