Wow. What excellent service. On a long bike trip and needed a new spoke fitting. I went to a few offer shops in town and they couldn't fit me in bit SCUK did it straight away. Ka did such a great job of it too and offered some good advice. Highly recommend. Thanks :-)
95 to change chain and cassette (contrary to what they say you don't need to chain cassette with every new chain). Charged 3 x the going rate for Shim 105 chain, wasn't aware of RRP until I got home. On plus side he straightened a bent hanger and did the job quickly at short notice so I was just pleased to have the bike ready. More stars if it wasn't for the price of the chain!

The staff is very professional there, i had help and advice in everything i came with.Edit: this might be one of the best bike shops in Reading. Reasons are simple - the staff are young and passionate about bikes so you might find yourself getting an inside-out scope on your problem for a price that is reasonable enough to say it's worth it. Recommending this place!
