Can I thank all of the lovely staff at AW Cycles who rescued me today after my wheel hub came loose while I was on a 200k audax. They fixed the wheel quickly and I was able to continue and finish the event. Top class service and a great place
Needed to replace inner tube. Was having some difficulty removing my rear wheel.Turns out I didn't have the right tool to do the job. All sorted in a few minutes. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Also gave me some good advise about my bike. Thanks guys.

My saddle clamp snapped on the way home... I managed to cycle to AW cycles which was on the way home, 4.99 and 5 minutes later a new clamp was fitted and I was back on the road..Very happy
