Excellent and honest service. I am beyond impressed! Decathlon held my bike for a week and didn't touch it, asking for 50. These guys fixed the problem for less than half the price. Fully recommended!
Do NOT buy any bikes from this shop or pay them to fix any issues with your bike. You will most likely come to regret it, as I do. The purpose of my review is to ensure that others do not fall into the same trap that I did. Try your luck with another shop; it may or not work out, but you'll never know until you try, and having tried this particular bike shop, it is my duty to warn you to avoid them vigorously.
Popped in quickly to have a quick chat about some electric bikes and potentially scope out a new road bike, unfortunately as I arrived they were closing!Yet, the two staff members in there were exceptional helpful and invited me in, giving me some advice about electric bikes without brand bias and being very accommodating to organise a test ride the following day!Always lovely to see such passionate local staff, looking forward to checking out their stock tomorrow!
