Snapped chain on way to work. Rotec fixed it as soon as they opened to get me on the way and adjusted the selectors. Good advice on chain age and when replacement will be due on chain and pads. Good advice on multi-tool to buy. Cheers.
Have been here loads of times. Not cheap but certainly not expensive, and I'd say good value. I've received dependable honest advice every time I've been. Service has been fantastic and timely. Owner is a top guy who definitely knows his bikes. Always busy so must be doing something right!
