Had my first look round today. Very light and airy. Open 24/7 so it's open whenever you need to have a workout. Easy parking in local retail park, giving 3 hours free parking at a time, can return after an hour, so if you like to workout twice in a day that's do-able. Only drawback is that whilst Exercise classes are included in membership they are done upstairs in the open which might be a bit intimidating for some.

Great variety of equipment, mostly free at nights after 9pm. Love the fact that it is open for 24hrs as I am allways there after work which is around 11pm. Good sized car park with plenty of space and the people that come there are easy going never had an argument or an issue with anybody from there. Overall good place to go to keep yourself fit and healty
