So happy that Reading finally has an F45!I love the fact not one class is the same, so never get bored, Unlike the conventional gym sessions, where I've often got stuck in a routine.I feel that I have worked every part of my body and always come away feeling really energised.To top it off the trainers are fantastic and really make you want to finish each station with maximum effort.
Fab place with excellent team that really motivate you.Great concept that pushes you to your limits.Well worth a visit.

Best workout ever! Its the only exercise I like doing regularly and thats because I know it will actually have a visible effect on my body, unlike running for miles on a treadmill. Its 45 minutes of pure exertion, a very effective way to work out. The classes are different every time and every part of the body gets a go. So happy that F45 has come to Reading and the team are a friendly bunch too
