Had the most helpful delivery guys Steve and Simon. Very professional. Took there shoes off without asking. Carried the bed up the stairs and assembled it no problem. Service with a smile couldn't ask for any better. Quality of bed and mattress and headboard outstanding. Very happy customer.
Ive never spent much on a bed until I went to Reading Bedding. And instantly I knew I had been cheating myself out of a good nights sleep! We spoke to Ben and he was very informative and I have to say he knew his stuff. I didnt once feel like he was just trying to con me out of my money, he genuinely wanted to ensure that we had the best bed for us. He was patient when we tried out different mattresses more than once! And he didnt bat an eyelid when we acted like kids at a theme park (cos lets face it, as adults the best thing in life is a comfy nights sleep!) The delivery guys were very polite, removing their shoes before coming in. There was a mishap with the delivery where they forgot the headboard, but they handled it professionally and without fuss. Yes we had spent more than we intended, however it was definitely not money wasted. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
Good selection from a small independent shop. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately have not bought anything from there but will do soon. We need to support our independent shops.
Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service. If you want a good bed, go somewhere that actually knows about beds! Well worth the 1 hour drive to get there.
We received excellent, clear and precise information on the different types of mattress without being rushed to make a decision.Delivery staff efficient and even though we had not paid to remove old mattresses still carried them downstairs and loaded onto my car.Highly recommended
