If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited for more than 12 weeks for my order which never arrived in the end. Furniture Village never contacted me to inform about order status, I had to constantly phone them up. Each time I spoke to someone, the delivery date got extended further and further. I decided to cancel the order, and had to phone 5 times and wait an average of 10 minutes every time to get to speak to someone (who seemed to be only 1 specific person), to try to cancel my order. At one point this person told me that he'll give me a call back the next morning with an update, and then I can decide if I still want to cancel. He never called. And I called again (twice!) in the evening to finally cancel the order. Horrible experience.
