The funeral Director (I can't remember his name) We arrive at their office quite late in the day, near closing time I think, but we were not rushed . We had all our questions answered in a sensitive manner, which we greatly appreciate. The Director displayed an approachable manner, I felt comfortable to ask more complex questions. The information that the Funeral Director gave was very clear, which we feel is important when dealing with such a sensitive issue as with the death of a loved one. It was nice to communicate with the same person all the way through in dealing with the funeral arrangements. My Father was especially touched when after the funeral service was over that same director presented him with a gift of a flower. This small kind gesture, had a big impact and brought great comfort to him.Thank you again. We will definitely be recommending your company to others !
