After getting really duff advice from Curry's went and spoke to the guys in Reading. Didn't feel patronised as I'm not a technical person, they explained the 4K tv's in an easy to understand way. Settled on a great Panasonic made even better by extra 200 voucher code. Sat watching a great picture, so pleased with our choice. Highly recommend the guys here for their helpfulness and service.
Great technical knowledge and customer service. When my TV had a fault they swapped it straight away with no issues at all. Highly recommended.
So glad I bought from Richer Sounds and not online. I had an issues (due to Sony) with my TV. Sony support were useless, Richer sounds were excellent after a house visit to see if they could resolve the issue for me they swapped the TV to another model no fuss. Thanks guys.
