Great facilities but you rely on being being served and the attendants are very busy meaning that there can often be a wait.
It was a mixed experience. The genius bar was not the best experience as we didn't feel that the technician want to help rather felt that he is a bit annoyed that we even came with the macbooks. However, later, the sales person was absolutely excellent. He took his time and tried his best to give us the best deal and made us feel welcomed and valued.
A good place to buy Apple products. If you want to ask a genius a question they can't answer. Ask them if the latest operating system is 32 or 64 bit
Such a nice and welcoming environment. The staff is very helpful, anytime I had any issue with my Apple products they made sure to resolve it. Never had to wait more than a few minutes to see someone.
Love the cleanliness of the store and the staff are extremely helpful and some are quite funny, which makes the whole experience better. I did find though that as they are usually quite busy, its kind of hard to find someone who is available to talk to, but you are never waiting to long as they tend to be with more than one person at once (depending on what the task is) we just went in to pick up a phone that wed ordered online, so we didnt need a lot of attention and help as we were just waiting for it to come down from upstairs. Would recommend going in and having a look at the actual products before buying online as seeing them in person does them a lot more justice.
