Friendly personal service. I took a blind person there on a couple of occasions to have small jobs done such as setting up some speaker cables with DIM plugs or small electronic repair. The owner did the job within a few minutes (after attending an existing customer) and did not charge the blind client. The shops sells reconditioned Computer equipment and phones as well as some new and other miscellaneous items such as 'flying' hover cameras etc. Reconditioned equipment seems to come with a three month guarantee which is fair and fairly standard for older PCs and displays.
My uncle brought a tv off this company, to then find after the 3 month warranty was up the screen started to play up with half the screen going missing. A lot of tv companys know of this problem and try to sell quick with small warranty!! Try not to buy off this company!!

I believe I received a poor and insincere service from Reading TV Sell & Repair. All other TV repair shops I contacted told me it was not possible (or economical) to try to fix or replace my broken TV LED screen but Reading TV Sell & Repair told me they were very likely to be able to replace the screen for 45 to 60 pounds and advised me to bring it in. After I got there they told me I had to pay a non-refundable amount of 15 pounds as cost for them to dismantle the TV and obtain the details of the LED screen to enable them find a replacement. The man who attended to me told me he was going to call me that evening or early the next day. When I did not hear from him the next day, I called on the afternoon of the day after to ask about the situation. He told me they were not able to find a used screen that fitted my TV. Before I paid him 15 pounds I asked him if he was sure there was any chance of a replacement screen being found (as I would rather go and buy a new TV than lose 15 pounds chasing shadows) and he told me he had replacement Toshiba TV screens of the same size as mine. Well you can make up your mind yourselves but I will not advise anyone to try and do business with Reading TV sell & Repair.
