First I went there especially to buy daffodils and tulips, spent 24.00. Flowers in buckets, buckets without a drop of water. Secondly mature gentleman at tills served me at 16.39 on the 10.01.19. He was the most unhelpful miserable person I have met for a long time. Without any customer service attitude, I do expect more from M & S.
There's nice older gentleman by vines who will alway happily recommend the right wine to your taste. Had seen several times to other customers and experienced myself with full satisfaction. Thank you!
Would like to say a huge thank you to the manager Ian. My elderly mother is coming to mine for Christmas and wanted to contribute towards dinner. She had seen this years advert for their orange and prossecco xmas pud but it was sold out.Spoke to Ian and hey presto within a day had got one put by for her. Excellent customer service and made an old lady very happy. Merry Xmas all x
Great place for a quick shop. Customer service helpful, polite and friendly. Sometimes click and collect takes a while, but other wise all good.
