Just been to return a phone delt with a tall lady with short blonde ish hair and glasses. Amazing service, really happy. Had bad service before with other staff members, excellent customer service from her redeemed the store..wish we had her name, will look out for her next time.

The young short blonde haired kid serving me when I returned the item was very rude and cocky and not a way to talk to a customer. Kid should be sacked
Worst customer service. Even the mamay Mr Andy. Bought microwave 11 months ago for my home and it stopped working. Took it to the store. At first glance the lady with a rude manner jumped and asked me whats wrong instead of how can I help you? I told her the microwave stopped working and dont know why. She asked for receipt and gave her. I had also 3 years replacement care for 27.99.After searching in her system she asked me to pay additional 38 because they dont have anything with that price which I bought and use me care plan. I asked her that isnt this microwave got 1 year manufacture warranty she said yes it has got 1 year but you have to contact the manufacturer. I have google the manufacturer details it come up Argos it self is the manufacturer and they gave me reference number to take it to store they will exchange it under manufacture warranty. When I hand over the reference number she was keen to talk and asked wait here. Long story short she refused to exchange it under warranty and I called that number again they said its up to store now if they dont want to exchange it you have to take it to another store. At the end I gave up as the lady was very very stupid and rude and Mr Andy was just Like Proud Manger who doesnt know how to listen to customer and deal with the problem. Surprisingly I asked the to replace it under my replacement care which costed me 27.99 they found the one similar microwave. Wasted my 2 hours and gave me headache. Awful service. Defiantly not buying any more
Went in today even though jewellery bit was closed the manager very helpful and let me order a personalised necklace so very helpfulEverytime I go in I get excellent service
