Really glad this shop is still here with the way the economy is going. Great airy space (not all squashed in with stock) and very friendly staff. I only took off the fifth star because I only shop there in the sales due to price. That said, the sale prices are great and my daughter is delighted with the suitcase I got her! How does she thank me? Goes to Australia for two years, that's how ..... Thanks for that sale HofF
surprisingly good. easy access direct from Oracle car park, store spacious and laid out well (much better than the Guildford store). went during sale event, good prices , super range of stuff, and plenty of staff on hand so no queues, was overall very happy and good experience.
The basement containing goods for the home looks empty, before and after Christmas. Only one til open on the whole of the ground floor. Customer service sparce. Fashion well stocked. With a range of brands.
House of Fraser never disappoints me and I find the products easily. Staff are very helpful and are aware of their store very well. I go to shop one thing buy buy many more than I had planned for. You can everything under one roof and the quality is fantastic and the price is also good.
