if i could give 0 stars i would. 2 times i left a vehicle with pre existing damage on the car, when i returned the car to this branch, tried to claim that i caused the damage, thankfully had proof that the damage was already casued to the vehicle. always bring your excess down to zero or they will try and claim you damaged the car.
I have used this branch for several years now when my wife and I visit UK from overseas. Cars clean and well presented. Every experience has been very good. However, if you hire a van as I did jast time, make sure the side load door works! Awkward if it does not.
Bargain car rental for xmas time. But super out of the way. Inconvenient location to say the least. Nice enough staff. Certainly not the fastest or most proficient.Would recommend for price.Not for much else.

Car was available for collection immediately upon arrival and was new and very clean with low mileage.However, when I collected my car the member of staff visually checked it for damage with a 20 second glance. Upon returning the car it was checked in detail from top to bottom by a more diligent member of staff. They then blamed me for a 1mm scuff they found on the outside edge of one alloy and I had to put up a fight to avoid paying over 100.If you need to book a car from here, check every inch of the vehicle from top to bottom before taking, and use photographs to evidence both presence and absence of damage.
