Rang up yesterday to book a van, didn't have my national insurance number to hand but wanted to book for Sunday morning. Was told would be fine to call back today and book. Ring back, suddenly Sunday not available (even though was told it would be fine) can only collect 12.30 on a Saturday and want to charge a day and half rate. Have used before, but customer service has slipped. Not again I'm afraid.
